TAMARA MAKONI
CEO of KAZURI CONSULTING
Kazuri Consulting’s founder and CEO is an award-winning inclusion expert with broad experience in diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and cross-cultural leadership. Her passion for this stems from growing up across 3 continents, and has deepened through study, travel and working with teams in 30+ countries while leading projects for large multinationals.
Tamara has expertise in helping companies answer “Where do I start?” to begin their DE&I journey, and experience that includes facilitating DE&I workshops for 300+ senior leaders, and delivering keynote speeches at conferences and for corporate clients on inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, and gender equality. Alongside a Master in theoretical psychoanalysis, she holds a certificate in Intercultural Studies from the University of British Columbia and a professional qualification in diversity & inclusion.
