Placide founded Vandos Consulting in 2019, driven by his passion for people and entrepreneurship. His mission is to empower growth for businesses and talent.

Prior to founding Vandos Consulting, Placide worked as a consultant at Randstad Group and Allegis Group, two global leaders in HR services, where he partnered with SMEs and multinational organizations to help them hire top Finance, IT, and Engineering talent.

Placide began his career as a financial auditor at EY Belgium, conducting statutory audits, reviewing financial statements, and evaluating internal control processes for SMEs and multinational companies.

He has a passion for languages and is fluent in Dutch, English, French and with a good understanding of German.
