Placide founded Vandos Consulting in 2019 with a simple but powerful recipe: a passion for people, a love for entrepreneurship, and a talent for connecting the right dots. His mission? Helping professionals and businesses level up. Over the last decade, he’s crossed paths with some of the brightest, most tech-savvy leaders across the globe—turning those connections into a strong international network his clients happily benefit from.

Before founding Vandos Consulting, Placide made waves at Randstad Group, a global HR powerhouse. As a business development partner, he spotted new growth opportunities for the engineering business unit and led teams of engineers delivering projects across automotive, manufacturing, transportation, and telecommunications.

Earlier in his career, he worked with Allegis Group, successfully completing search assignments across manufacturing, FMCG, retail, transportation, and technology. Placide kicked off his professional journey at EY Belgium, where he sharpened his analytical skills as a financial auditor, mastering the numbers behind some of the world’s biggest multinational in industries ranging from retail and real estate to manufacturing and transportation.

Languages? Placide collects them like souvenirs. He’s fluent in Dutch, English, French, and Kinyarwanda, and can comfortably navigate conversations in German and Swahili.

When he’s not building businesses or networks, you’ll find him spending quality time with family and friends, diving into a good book or exploring new corners of the world. 🌍
