YOUR ROLE

As a SAP Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in bridging business needs and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, designing and implementing SAP functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with business processes, while collaborating with stakeholders, supporting end users, and driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into SAP functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business objectives.
• Support SAP implementations, expansions, and upgrades.
• Execute system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate end-user training.
• Identify and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring timely solutions.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to optimize SAP usage.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including business process workflows and system configurations.
• Stay up to date with SAP best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify improvement opportunities within the current application landscape.
• Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective use of new applications.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation related to the new application landscape
